Hi, Steve and All:

I am enclosing the draft that Orit sends to us. Also, I guess that Joon will
proceed for requesting BOF in the IETF for this work. Please send an email
like Steve to all of us regarding the date, time, and agenda of the meeting.

I am also delighted to see Frank Audet's comments. Let all of us comment on
the document.
