H.323 Annex D

Hi,
 
I'm not sure who is editor of H.323 Annex D, but...
 
It seems that there is no reference in Annex D of what version of H.323 and
H.245 is required for the procedures to work. There is no way to indicate
T.38 or even support of UDP vs. TCP transport in H.245v2.
 
I think the answer is that H.245v4 or later is required. Perhaps somebody
can clarify if this is correct. 
 
In any case, we definitively need to specify in H.323 Annex D which version
of H.245 is required...
