thank you very much for your response.

For everybody not directly related to the simulations
would it be very hard to understand what the test
conditions are about using the new document only.
The decisions for special values(e.g. bitrate)
should be reproducable, therefore a complete scenario
is an indispensable requirement.

That is, the workload for you would be very small to incorporate your
suggestions at the appropriate places in the test scenario document
APC-1993.
