Dear Mr. Okubo,

Regarding APC-1940, "Draft H.323 Annex I," I will not be able to submit
this for the start of the Portland meeting. I request this document to be
withdrawn. I had wanted to add a section on RTP over wireless links, but
upon review I decided this technology was still too early in the formative
stage to be included in Annex I.
