This is to encourage you to make the subject registrations as soon as
possible. Rapporteurs need the final approval of the SG16 management for
holding the Red Bank meeting where indication of a sufficient number of
participants and contributions are required.

When you are going to submit a document, please notify S.
Okubo as soon as possible, by 8 October (Friday) at the latest.
Document number (APC-1nnn) will be allocated.  Early indication of
your submission plan is welcome and encouraged.
