Most current H.225.0v3 draft?

Paul,

h225v3b is the white draft with editorial changes and fixes to the ASN.1
applied. h225v3bcm highlights the differences between h225v3b and the white
draft. The changes will be presented at this month's meeting.

If you find any errors in the ASN.1, please let me know.
