[Irina Suconick] interface index is used as a logical number
representing an interface to a particular H.323 entity. An example of a
multiple entities in one system could be several gateways and a gatekeeper.
The interfaces to these entities will be system specific and will be
numbered from 1 to n. Therefore each row of a particular table contains the
variables that represent a particular entity in a system. Therefore
configuration table will contain a row for each entity in a system. If the
system consists of only one entity there will be only one row in
configuration table.

[Irina Suconick] This is cut and paste error and should be fixed.
Instead of the aliases it should be ras addresses.
