Service Mobility in H.323) submitted by Ed Martinez, I have additional
comments:

Section 5.1

Basic Identification Concepts:

Location Area Identity (set of Network Attachments associated)*

* Please add the following:

Note that Location Area Identity "some members have some objection to agree
on this term, but we will revisit these terms when we finalize our
architectural solution."

I would request to add this comment in the document as we did for other
cases.
