PJ> H323v3. It contains one correction we made in Red Bank to H.323v3
PJ> where we removed the text relating to "empty fast start elements".
PJ> This file should represent what the ITU will publish.

Please be advised that h323v3_decided_991022.zip has replaced the relevant
files in /9909_Gen directory.
