Hi Greg,

thanks for pointing that out. I was not aware of TPKT being described in any
ITU-T recommendation. So rather than adding some text to H.225.0 to
define/describe TPKT, it would be better to add explicit references to T.123
in the text of H.225.0 in those places where TPKT is mentioned.

TPKT is also defined in T.123 which is called out in H.225.0/2.2
