Date of SG16 meeting in February 2000 has been fixed

Mr. Tosco has advised Rapporteurs of the subject matter as follows:

  7 to 18 February 2000 inclusive, at ITU premises in Geneva

Please note that this is the final meeting of the current study period 1997
- 2000.

I will update the Monterey meeting report accordingly.
