Since i received no responses for my question regarding RAS ICV
handling, can i assume that most (if not all) H.323 compliant
implementations do not use RAS ICVs ? It is an optional IE in
all RAS messages.

If anyone knows of implementations using this functionality,
please reply back. Any leads/pointers would be appreciated.

thanks
