Tom,

This excludes the use or existence of Gatekeeper that are capable of
interworking ISUP to H.323.

Or, the interworking function is limited to a Gateway.

Subject: APC-1515: Tunneling As Supplementary Service (Siemens)

I have a quick question on the intent of clause 5) of section 9. of
APC-1515. It reads as follows:

5) It is the responsibility of the ingress gateway to insure that the
tunnel is only sent when the egress gateway has compatible capabilities.
(This specifically excludes the use of interworking capable gatekeepers.)

Does that parenthesized statement mean that you intend that there be no
interworking capable gatekeepers, or does it mean that there can be no such
involved in the specified supplementary service?
