SG16 meeting in Santiago

WP2/16 Rapporteurs has received the following message from Mr. Tosco to
confirm the next SG16 meeting being held in Chile during 18-28 May 1999 (17
May is planned for a seminar).

FT> I am glad to inform you that on the night of Friday 5 February 1999
FT> Mr. Bigi received the confirmation of the invitation from Chile and
FT> the information needed for preparing the convening letter.
