Delayed Contribution from Motorola and Cisco

All,

I was reading the latest H.225v3 draft and saw the new facilityReason
"noH245" in the ASN.1. I'm just wondering is this reason supposed to be used
in a situation where the other end wants to keep the H245 tunneling on and
informs the other end about this?
