Gateway Decomposition Requirements

Please be advised that services at standard.pictel.com will be inaccessible
for
some period of time on both 19 and 21 November.  This outage is due to a
change
in our Internet connection, and the change is expected to increase available
bandwidth to the ftp repositories and WWW pages here.

The first outage will be tomorrow night, 11/19, starting at approximately
5:00pm EST.  This outage should last for about an hour.  The second outage
will
be this Saturday, 11/21, starting at 9:00am EST.  This outage will last for
between three and four hours.
