H.225.0 clarifications

At the Yokosuka meeting, some corrections were identified in H.225.0 to
use the Information message instead of the User Information message (see
APC-1362). There were 2 remaining references to User Information that
should be changed to Information. The first is in the h323-message-body
structure, where "userInformation" should be changed to "information".
The second is in the UUIEsRequested structure, where "userInformation"
should be changed to "information". These corrections will appear in the
Implementors Guide. Please let me know if you see any problems with
these changes.
