White document submissions

ITU SG16 participants,

I have been told by the chairman of WP3 that the deadline
for submission of white documents for the next SG16 meeting
has been extended to mid-January, in light of the likelihood
that the SG16 meeting will be held in May rather than April.

I therefore have not submitted the white document for
Amendment 5 of H.262.
