Abstract:
        Provides proposed non-normative Appendix to H.245 and normative
        text for H.245 and H.323 to support "ReplacementFor" parameter
        as discussed in Israel in APC-1233.  "ReplacementFor" allows
        single-decoder H.3xx implementations to avoid audio dropout
        when switching modes.
