[h323plus] OpenExtendedChannel SessionID

Hi,
some devices reject the OLC of extended channel if the sessionid is
0(default), with (OLC reject) invalidsessionid.
This is defined in file h323caps.cxx, OnH239GenericMessageResponse as
defaultSession=0,
after changing the value to 3. the OLC is accepted.

In the attached mail-list discussion it is mentioned that sessionid should
not be 0 (

h323plus displays forgiving nature in this case. it happily accepts a
sessionid of 0 in an extended channel.

please advise on this behaviour.
