[h323plus] 转发: not use h264 encode

i upload new log file.and i find if use A endpoit call B endpoint. encdpoing A always stop send video.

   i use myphone.exe.when i select codec is h263-cif,then it work OK.but,i use codec is h264-cif or h264-4cif,it not send and receive video data.why?
  the document create by use myphone -ttttt.
