[h323plus] Silk codec support

Dear Simon, Robert and all H323Plus Team,

I'm still having problem with SILK codec. Today I downloaded sources 
from CVS and still the same: "SKP_Silk_Encode returned -4".

Am I the only who experiences such a problem?
