Dear All,

I know this question would be asked before.

But I speeded 4 day's and still can find any workable solution to get
started quickly.

I can't find anywhere version compatibility information and most time
compilation failed.

 
I want to build and available a cross platform Video Conf solution. so I not
only need to build and run but also customise it.


Please suggest me right way to get started for compilation and development.
