Wooof, another autoconf one.

I can try to make it, but I'm utterly unfamiliar with autoconf. I know
shell scripting, so I think I can make configure
run aclocal, but I'm not sure how this will impact windows & other
unix variants.

I'll try and post it. I suppose I must patch configure.in and regenerate it.
