[h323plus] problems installing latest CVS of h323 sources

Hi Tamer,

when you change

#define BUILD_TYPE BetaCode

to

#define BUILD_TYPE ReleaseCode

in version.h 'make install' should work again. I just fixed it in the
CVS.
