[h323plus] Ptlib unix assert patch

Hi Nir,

Ptlib 2.0.1 is pretty much an in-between version before Ptlib made
the PBoolean switch that needs some massive changes in H323Plus that
Simon didn't get around to so far.

Make sure you download 2.0.1-4 if you don't have that already. I had a
number of fixes also.

Our goal should be to move to move H323Plus to the most recent version
of Ptlib that is maintained by the OPAL people.
