[h323plus] Problem transmitting different image sizes

Hi

I have developed an application using H323Plus Library which allows a user
to change to different codecs(H.261 & H.263) or different Image Sizes(QCIF,
CIF, 4CIF & 16CIF) before making a call.

Though, all the combinations(minus 16CIF) used to work well with OpenH323.
The application somehow shows an unpredictable behaviour with H323Plus.
By the term unpredictable I mean that using same code, same settings and
same plugins, while one machine loads H.261 codec the other loads H.263.
Sometimes the application would not even send the data to remote
site(showing the frame rate of 0, probably coz of wrong negotiation or so).

How can we put H.263 priority above H.261 for codec selection. We are using
same code both sides but codec negotiation are different.We are using
Reorder API of H323plus api.


We have been investigating it thoroughly from past few days but in vain.
So Please if anybody can throw light on this, it would be of great help.
