[h323plus] Grouping frames

CallGen323 is available for H323plus. Check the source page of the h323plus
website.

Grouping of frames is still possible however it is statically set from the
plugin codec.

  Some years ago, i saw a software called CallGen to make calls using the
h323 protocol with the possibility of grouping frames if using the G.711
codecs.

  The CallGen323 was compiled over the openh323 library and I've been
informed that grouping was provided by the openh323.

  My doubts are: The grouping frame feature is still working nowadays ? If
yes, only the G.711 vocoder is accepted by the feature ??
