[h323plus] Grouping frames

Hi All,

Nice to begin here.

Some years ago, i saw a software called CallGen to make calls using the h323
protocol with the possibility of grouping frames if using the G.711 codecs.

The CallGen323 was compiled over the openh323 library and I've been informed
that grouping was provided by the openh323.

My doubts are: The grouping frame feature is still working nowadays ? If
yes, only the G.711 vocoder is accepted by the feature ??
