[h323plus] Using codec plugins

Hello,

I think that the Simple h323 program should support all codecs provided 
in h323plus because "AddAllCapabilities" is used. However, it seems that 
G723 is not supported in h323plus 1.20.1 by default, only g711. 
Consecqunelty, only g711 can be used by the Simple program.

I know that now codec plugins should be used.I have the plugins from 
h323plus.org ready. Any guide how to build h323plus to support ACM G723 
codec?

Versions used: PTLib 2.0.1, h323plus 1.20.1, simple H323 1.20.0.
