[h323plus] OpenMCU Web page not saving data

Hi Adrien
When working with OpenMCU or any other application, dont forget to
vertify the permissions granted to the user and group who launchs de
application os service. Each Linux/Unix, Windows etc have diferent ways to
enforce the rights to write in certain directories.
Special note for systems that use SELiux/Guardian and the new Microsoft
Windows Vista.
