[h323plus] Using PWlib with Visual Studio 2005

Hi again!

Sorry for the mail, found the problem.

VS 2005 Express edition doesn't include all components required - in 
particular ODBC support. It would be nice to disable it in PWlib if a 
proper sql.h is not detected.
