[h323plus] H323_H224 Channel problem.

Hi Simon

I have changed the code as above, But it still not opening the receiver
channel
In OpenWhileLocked it calls
channel = capability.CreateChannel(connection, H323Channel::IsTransmitter,
sessionID, NULL);
Which opens transmitter channel

Please Help me..
