[h323plus] DirectShow support (was Problem with Logitech camera)

Sorry, only if you are using the "old" directx is dshow.h part of
directx.  It's now part of the platform SDK.  In either case, your
configuration isn't made properly.

Things I've done wrong to get similar messages:
Didn't clean ptlib / pwlib.  Didn't point compiler to the proper
directories (when I have multiple versions).
