[h323plus] How to Add Extended Video Capability for H.239

I am using H323plus version 1.19.5 and plugins version 1.19.5, both
downloaded from h323plus site.
Is custom size supported in these versions??

I have one doubt that the H263 plugin is H263+ supported or not. If it is
not H263+, I guess it might not support the custom size then.

Will the next release be supporting custom image size transmission?

Currently my application closes the established video channel after call is
connected.If current versions support custom image size , how should I go
about it?
