[h323plus] How to compile G.728?

Are you talking about the easycodec G.728 or another codec? The easycodec
G.728 plugin codec is in the plugins download from the h323plus website, it
links to a library. It should provide an outline of how to link your G.728
library to a plugin codec which can be read in by h323plus at runtime.
