[h323plus] Failure to compile H323 Plus Core 1.19.5

Hello,

I just downloaded and tried to compile H323Plus.

PTLib is compiled smoothly with 'make opt'. However, H323 throws this error:

I don't know if it makes any difference, but I have added:

#define H323_SIGNAL_AGGREGATE 1
#define H323_RTP_AGGREGATE 1


in include/openh323buildopts.h
