[h323plus] OpenAM now available in H323plus CVS

Guys

Just a quick note that openAM has now been updated and available in the
h323plus CVS.

I would like to thank Jan Willamwius for the contribution and hopefully in
the not too distant future we can tweak it to provide video voicemail for
GnuGk. :-)
