This is a message to those who intend to attend the Beijing Rapporteur meeting.

According to the advice of the meeting host, please send me the following information in text form for your receiving the visa notification from the meeting host MII (even if you are not sure at present) by the end of Friday, 2 April:

I will forward all the requests to the meeting host, Ms. Jiang Hong, collectively so that you can receive the visa notification by telefax.

Here is the description of the meeting host necessary for your completing the form:

Please note that I am not collecting this form, though I mentioned so in my previous progress report. The above items in text form are sufficient for requesting the visa notification letter.
