For easier management of the Cannes meeting documentation, let us take the option 2. APC-1387 through 1403 have been reserved for the annexes as you see in a separate mail. APC-1380 is still for the main body of H.MediaMIB.

Perhaps Annex 3.4 should read H.221 instead of RAS judging from Mr. Maeng's request of document numbers?

I just got finished with the audio call. I certainly want to do what you think is best. Here are teh two alternatives which were discussed.

Option 1) A single document (APC 1380) which has the following Annexes:

Annex 1 - RTP MIB Annex 2 - H.323 MIB Annex 2.1 Textual Conventions Annex 2.2 H225 Annex 2.2.1 CallSignalling Annex 2.2.2 RAS Annex 2.3 Endpoint Annex 2.4 Gatekeeper Annex 2.5 Gateway Annex 2.6 MC Annex 2.7 MP Annex 3 H320 Annex 3.1 Textual Conventions Annex 3.2 Endpoint Annex 3.3 CallSignalling Annex 3.4 RAS Annex 4 Common Annex 4.1 H245

Option 2) Present the same document as option 1. However, submit each proposed annex as an individual APC because contributions are coming from multiple companies and it will be easier to review multiple annexes as separate APCs.

Please advise which method you'd prefer. The companies submitting contributions - Cisco, IBM Haifa, VTEL, VideoServer prefer number 2 just because it requires less coordination at this point.
