Yes, I agree.
We should take the high level generic table (provided in the last meeting) as a starting point. Now we have to work around such that the parameters expressed in the table can be used to map over the lower network layer in a meaningful way to prove that it works to provide the backward compatibility as a minimum before we go any further.
This is definitely a test how good it is to satisfy the requirements.
Therefore, we should include "mapping" of the H.323 QOS to the lower network layer in the "scope."
