Thank you for your advice. I have confirmed that somehow AVD-2410.zip seems to have contained AVD-2410.doc in Mac format. Windows Word says some converter is required. Now I have zipped all the four files on a Windows machine. http://avguest@ftp3.itu.int/av-arch/avc-site/0309_Par/AVD-2410.zip should be OK also for Windows.
