Fast start and call centres

Jim (or anybody else),
Please can you run through how fast start would work if H.323 was used to connect to a call centre which first played you a message saying something like "Thank you for your call. You are in a queue...", and then when an agent freed up, it connected you to the agent.
Giving me an example might help me to understand better where you are coming from.
