Maureen, I am sorry that I did not get this information to you sooner. I just returned to the office from a second trip. TD-28 was accepted as the term of reference for the work. However Dale tried to say that the work should be completed by February in Geneva. I accepted this as a goal for the easy part; but some work may take longer. Dale then noted that this work should be added to the question for the next work period.
