Dear All,

I've now uploaded H.GEF.1 as AVD-2101 to the PictureTel Incoming directory.

I made a slight change over the version posted on my web site. The change was to move the text saying that you need to specify the identifier of the parameter that the encoded in raw method encodes its data into a separate paragraph. (The change is actually smaller than that sentence!)
