A final reminder on the logistics of the meeting: 1. Electronic Meeting This will be an electronic paperless meeting. LAN facilities will be provided. Participants are expected to bring in addition to their own computer equipment and peripherals, the following: · Cat5 Ethernet LAN cables with RJ-45 connectors. These should be 25 feet (8 meters) in length · Power converters (i.e. 240Vac/120Vac) if needed · Plug adaptors for power and phones

2. Mains Power

Power in Australia is 240 Volts 50 Hz, no other plugs than Australian or New Zealand will fit the sockets so ensure you bring the appropriate converter.

3. Visa

Visas are required for entry into Australia (and yes Launceston/Tasmania is part of Australia).

4. Social Event

The social event will be on Wednesday Night 07/03/2001. It will be held at "The Gorge Restaurant" in Lauceston at 7.30pm. Bus transfers will be provided.
