This sentence doesn't make sense to me. It seems to be saying that H.245 Tunneling involves the use of the fastStart component whereas H.245 Tunneling and Fast Connect are actually completely independent facilities. Is it just using the term, "tunneling," in a general sense and not in reference to "H.245 Tunneling?"
Annex F.10/H.323v4: "NOTE All these messages are transmitted as tunnelled H.245 messages; i.e. the resulting bit patterns are encoded as a single OCTET STRING of the SEQUENCE in the fastStart component of a H323-UU-PDU."
