I have uploaded to the incoming directory the draft of H.323 Annex R that was approved by Q.13 for determination, but due to the new ITU rules that we will no longer determine recommendations, no action was taken by SG16 plenary. This document is the same as TD-069(Plen). The plan is that Annex R will be considered for the Alternate Approval Procedures at the next SG16 meeting.
