I have emailed to Mr. Bigi the Temporary Document (editor's draft ) for Annex M.4 of H.248. I have also uploaded this file, AnnexM4H248.zip, to the Incoming folder on the Pictel site. Can you please move this file to the Porto Seguro folder?
