Dear Mr. Audet,

I've written the Recommendation A.5 procedures for reference to IETF RFC 2833 for H.323v4. RFC2833 was discussed in APC-1943 and TD-25. In Geneva, I'm bringing APC-2010 with the final proposal for including in-band RTP-payload type-based DTMF.

Do I need a TD number for the A.5 procedures? Or an APC? A delayed contribution? What's the procedure?

I'm including the A.5 procedures FYI.

This has been registered as APC-2030 and uploaded to /0011_Gen. This will be input to the SG16 meeting as a Rapporteur's TD after consideration at the Rapporteur meeting. Delayed Contribution is already too delayed.
